Please download the app and sign up with your phone number to easily requests refunds.
Click on the 'Get help' screen in the menu bar, and then select 'Billing issue'. You will be taken to your Rental 'History' screen - on this page, click on the rental you'd like us to look at.
You can request a partial refund if you were unable to, or forgot to end your rental. By selecting 'incorrect end time', you can enter the time you remember leaving.
If you have a different issue in which you'd like a refund, select 'other issue' and let us know what went wrong.
